True story… I spent my childhood in plastic grocery store Halloween costumes. Was anyone else forced to endure such cruelty? Then I spent my awkward adolescent years dressed as either a baby or a french maid. I believe I had therapy needed written across my forehead. Since I’ve become a mommy I have vowed to not abuse my children in this manner.
Since it’s Halloween I thought I should show you some lovely Halloween art. This is done by Marisa Haedike who sells wonderful prints on ETSY. How cute is this print? I love, love, love her work! I would love to get some of her art put in the kids rooms. Hmmm… Maybe for Christmas?!!

Yes me too, the plastic strawberry shortcake and bionic woman masks come to mind. I can still smell the plastic and feel the fine layer of moisture settled on my upper lip.
