I see your little man got to sit w/out having to share with a dog! I used to go tubing in college ... only we would have a tube for our cooler, not our dog! So sorry your little guy is sick - we have a sinus infection happening over here. Poor little fellas. I waited to take Henry to the dentist - he had just turned 4 - I plan to do the same for John ... it did help that the dentist is a friend of ours but I think waiting a year made a difference. It seems eternally out of my grasp. With children you think that you will slow down, and in a way you do - but things move differently at kid pace. And the noise of kids - happy or sad, or both at the same time! - is generally not slow and quiet. Except when they sleep. Looks like you had a lovely time just sitting and watching the water, and fun games. Every moment of slow is important even if it doesn't last for very long. I'll just keep telling myself that - every single tiny moment of quiet counts........ I like your new banner! OH, that slowing down. It seems eternally out of my grasp.
