I'm also a bit anxious about it. My son loves pink princesses and mermaids and I love that about him - it is who he is. But I worry about what will happen in school. Will the other kids be mean to him? I love your note to your daughter - it is exactly how I am feeling for my son, but wasn't able to put it as eloquently as you did. Thank you.
