With my old sewing machine, I knew it would take super-human will and patience to complete four super-hero capes by Christmas.

Not with this new borrowed beauty.  I knocked out three today in less time than it took to complete one with the old machine.

Super-Hero Cape

Yes, it is his Christmas present, but God love a two-year-old’s memory.  Christmas day he’ll be just as excited.

It\'s a bird, it\'s a plane...

Now if I can only get him to use some of those super-hero powers to clean up the play-doh mess he and his sister created while I was in sewing heaven.

Love and Peace.

Yes, bless the babies’ memories! And bless the good sewing machines of the world. Not to mention the good friend who would loan hers!

I came to own a Janome (to me, a wonderful machine) when my sewing machine repair guy (sad that I had to think of him as “mine”) appealed to one of his other customers who had THREE excellent machines. He actually hooked me up! With a fantastic machine for less than the $100 it was going to take to fix my old machine.

    Makes all the difference.

And I can’t forget to say… SUPER cute cape!
