Well where on earth have I been? Craft Hope has got my attention now not so much on myself, but on other people that need help. And to be honest, it’s a great feeling and I’m not so sure what will happen with chikaustin as Craft Hope continues to grow. I would love for Craft Hope to grow to be a full time project.
Did you see the title above? 27 dresses. Yes, we received 27 dresses/tops and four pair of shorts to send to the children at the Pan de Vida Shelter in Mexico. I am overwhelmed with the amount of women who signed up to participate and even more overwhelmed by the response to join our cause for our next project. What a blessing.
The dresses are now on their way to Mexico, packaged in true handmade mama style in a vintage Samsonite suitcase.
Thank you so much to all of you who participated in Craft Hope’s first project. I am truly grateful for your friendship and willingness to help others. Thank you.
