We have Summer’s like that, too. Where you have to go to the park at 7am, and then scurry back inside to cool down until it’s okay to leave the house again at 4pm!
But now, its cold and tipping into Winter (which in contrast to some places is quite mild; but for us is still cold!).

It's may and we haven't had temperatures much over 55 yet!
