Catchy title eh? Sometimes I laugh at myself, an invaluable lesson I learned growing up. Other times my family really makes me laugh. Today was one of those days. Give a family who would KILL to live in the snow a little bit of snow and you get Winter Olympic style fun in our backyard.

catch me if you can

I forgot to mention, we got a new dog. Rescued him from a shelter. Blog world meet Oliver (the second).

I have to laugh . . . b/c being a Chicagoan, w/ that little bit of snow, many of us would still be sans gloves, scarves, and hats. I love your enthusiasm for it though! If there was a way I could send some more to ya, believe me, I would! Please – take some of ours!!! lol

“Snow” fun!! Sounds like our weather… it’s funny – I noticed flip flops by our fireplace the other day. We went from 70 degrees to 40 something and needing a fire.

Fun pictures, cute dog and I also noticed the snowfakes on eye lashes! Ahhhhh..

a hahaha!I was smiling from ear to ear reading that post, knowing how much fun snow would be if you seldom get it. And perfectly timed for the olympics. I dont know why he didn’t make the team, either, Look at that technique and form.
…ps did you ever go to the “austin chick” blog by mistake? I did.

We are on Vancouver Island and have been wishing for snow – even bought a new sled – but it was not to be! The cherry blossoms, snowdrops and daffodils are all blooming and the sled is still in its box!
